Scott McDouall brings over 25 years of business experience in growth organisations. Scott was raised in rural New South Wales & now lives with his family Sim, Arabella & Coco on their property “Yarrella" near Toowoomba. Â
Scott has a deep understanding of the challenges faced by businesses & is passionate about transforming peoples businesses & lives. Ultimately creating positive change that will be leveraged for generations to come.Â
Scott & Sim originally founded Yarrella Coaching to help businesses transform beyond their wildest dreams. His passion for guiding businesses toward sustainable success started with Yarrella Coaching in 2021 & quickly evolved with the transition to Swiften in 2025.
Today, Swiften supports over 35 businesses across Australia and the Swiften community of growth minded business owners grows by the day.Â
What Scott loves most about his work is the ability to blend his expertise in strategic planning, teams, business improvement, sales, marketing and execution across a variety of industries & with businesses at varying maturity levels.
