Scott knows firsthand the challenges businesses face from start ups to family businesses to corporatised structures. Growing up in rural NSW with both parents working a family business on the land, Scott worked in corporate agriculture for 22 years prior to founding Yarrella Coaching. In 2025 Yarrella Coaching emerged to Swiften. Scott knows it is a bold claim but he will tell you that Swiften exists purely to transform people’s lives and businesses beyond their wildest dreams! What he loves most about his work as a coach and facilitator is he gets to use his passion for strategic planning, business improvement and execution across a diverse range of business types & industries.
