Flight of the Falcon

High above the cliffs, the peregrine falcon scans the land below.

She is fast—faster than any bird alive—interestingly though, speed alone isn't what makes her great. She’d spent years mastering her dive, learning how to lock onto a single target with absolute precision.

Early in her journey, she hunted alone. Every move she made depended on her instincts, her wings, and her courage. It was enough—until it wasn’t.

As her territory expanded, she began raising young falcons and training them to fly. At first, she still flew every hunt, every patrol. Over time, she realized that if the next generation didn’t learn to soar on their own, the whole sky would shrink. She began to lead from the air, with speed and strategy.

Her falcons grew strong. They began to fly together, sharp-eyed and swift. The cliffs echoed with their calls, a collective, a team. And with each new season, other birds watched, learned, and aligned themselves with the falcon’s way.

She was no longer just a hunter. She had become a symbol. A leader. A brand.

A business, much like the falcon must grow through practice, precision, vision and by moving directly towards a target without hesitation.

As the falcon shows us, this can only be sustained by one person for a period of time. At some point we must recognise that in order for the future to grow our team must too.
